Location: Must be based in Norwich, United Kingdom and work onsite with rotating shifts including weekends.

Salary: £25,396–£27,000 per year plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

What you will do

  • Handle customer queries via telephone, email, and web chat.
  • Achieve targets for revenue and customer satisfaction.
  • Nurture meaningful customer relationships.
  • Accurately record all information in the CRM system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service consistently.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Norwich, UK and work onsite with rotating shifts including weekends.
  • Proactive attitude with drive to succeed and hit targets.
  • Excellent communication skills across all mediums.
  • Great organization and attention to detail.
  • Resilience to handle unhappy customers professionally.
  • Empathy and calmness in customer interactions.

Nice to have

  • Good understanding of tech platforms (Android, iOS, Windows).
  • Experience using Google Suite.
  • At least 1 year experience in hospitality, retail, or contact center work.
