TL;DR
Senior B2B Marketing Manager: Build and lead B2B marketing function from the ground up, shifting from affiliate relationships to full strategic partnerships with UK brands with an accent on narrative, value propositions, and commercial impact. Location: Hybrid working with time in Leicestershire HQ or London Holborn office required; no fully remote

What you will do
- Own and deliver B2B marketing strategy, activating repositioning as full-funnel marketing partner across Commission and Retail Media propositions
- Define target partner segments, develop value propositions, and shape compelling partner-facing messaging
- Build profile with senior stakeholders (CMOs, CCOs) via executive engagement, industry events, and roundtables
- Shape ABM strategy for priority partners, execute campaigns with Growth Marketing to generate pipeline and revenue
- Develop sales enablement tools like category decks and messaging frameworks; embed HubSpot across teams
- Build B2B marketing function, define operating model, processes, and martech; collaborate cross-functionally
Requirements
- Strong background in senior B2B marketing roles with end-to-end strategy ownership
- Track record of commercial impact, collaborating with Sales/Commercial to drive revenue
- Experience building functions/capabilities from scratch or in undefined environments
- Proven brand repositioning and senior stakeholder engagement (CMO/CCO level)
- Exceptional storytelling, messaging, commercial acumen, and data-informed approach
- Hands-on execution alongside strategic thinking for campaigns and materials

- Experience with retail media or media propositions
