What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel field marketing programs including events, webinars, and digital campaigns tailored to funnel stages for pipeline creation and acceleration.
  • Run ABM plays targeting key accounts using data-driven insights and tools like 6sense.
  • Build relationships with strategic partners, identify joint marketing opportunities, and measure performance for optimization.
  • Collaborate with global campaigns team on core campaigns and provide territory feedback for tailoring.
  • Contribute to regional marketing plans with quarterly rolling strategies for account-based, field, and partner activities.
  • Monitor performance, provide reporting and insights, and recommend adjustments based on metrics.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in field and partner marketing roles, plus demand generation experience in B2B technology or software.
  • Proven track record building integrated multi-channel campaigns driving pipeline growth.
  • Strong understanding of ABM-at-scale strategies, tools, and tactics.
  • Experience in partner/channel marketing to evaluate high-potential joint activities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent communication, analytical skills, and familiarity with marketing tech stacks including automation platforms, CRMs, and ABM tools.
