What you will do

• Design precision components using Creo with focus on injection-molded parts for hearing devices
• Develop and document inspection criteria aligned with quality standards and regulations
• Perform hands-on prototyping and testing throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze challenges and contribute to cross-functional problem-solving in development and production
• Lead part approvals, sustaining engineering, and change documentation per QMS
• Provide production support through technical documentation and process improvements

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology
• Minimum 5 years experience designing small-size, thin-wall plastic components for injection molding, ideally in medical or high-precision industries
• Experience in new product development, sustaining engineering, documentation, and change control
• Hands-on experience with prototyping, DFM, DFA, and tolerance analysis
• Proficiency with Creo/Pro/E and PDM/Windchill (or equivalent CAD/PLM)
• Knowledge of machining, injection molding, tooling, and assembly methods
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
