Solutions Sales Manager (Surgical Workplaces): Drive sales growth for SWP portfolio across North West and West Yorkshire regions with an accent on developing effective sales strategies, winning new accounts, and building key customer relationships. Focus on achieving territory sales targets, preparing proposals and tenders, and contributing to SWP sales strategy.

Location: Field based in North West and West Yorkshire, UK. Eligibility to work in the UK essential. Valid UK driver's license required. Travel within UK and abroad up to 80%.

What you will do

  • Drive sales growth for SWP portfolio in line with company sales plan and achieve territory targets.
  • Develop winning sales strategies, prepare proposals, quotations, tenders, and service renewals.
  • Build and manage key customer relationships, acting as trusted advisor to maximize growth.
  • Attend exhibitions, demonstrations, workshops, and deliver presentations to stakeholders.
  • Support marketing projects and maintain accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Contribute to SWP sales strategy and business development plans.

Requirements

  • Eligibility to work in the UK (essential) and valid UK driver's license.
  • Proven track record of overachieving sales targets, ideally in capital/Operating Room sales.
  • Strong selling, negotiating, and communication skills including presentations.
  • Experience with procurement managers, budget holders, and commercial acumen.
  • Ability to plan, influence stakeholders, and develop business opportunities.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
