TL;DR

Inside Account Executive (SMB | DACH): Formulate and execute sales strategies for Apple device management solutions, helping prospects and channel partners bridge the gap between Apple devices and organizational needs with an accent on pipeline building, forecasting, and full sales cycle management. Focus on developing relationships with stakeholders, leveraging sales tech stack, and contributing to territory goals in a collaborative sales environment.

Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Must be based in the Netherlands and have sponsorship to live and work there. 10% travel expected.

What you will do

  • Formulate and execute sales strategy within assigned territory.
  • Partner with Sales Development, Engineers, Channel, and Marketing to build pipeline and close deals.
  • Forecast sales activity and revenue monthly/quarterly.
  • Manage full sales cycle from prospection to close, building relationships with prospects, partners, and Apple.
  • Leverage sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator, Gong.
  • Explain business value of hirify.global products including Client Management, MDM, and Mobile Security.

Requirements

  • Professional working proficiency in English and German.
  • Minimum 2+ years in sales, business, or entrepreneurial role.
  • Experience in direct and indirect (channel) sales models (preferred).
  • Strong collaboration, communication, business acumen, and self-starter mindset.
  • Ability to simplify ideas non-technically and learn quickly from feedback.
  • Outgoing attitude; participate in security training and adhere to protocols.
