What you will do
- Lead ANZ sales strategy and operating plans, including segmentation, routes to market, and growth drivers.
- Manage weekly sales forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure predictable revenue.
- Act as the operational focal point for the deal desk, managing internal approvals and negotiating terms and pricing.
- Optimize territory assignment and quota planning using a data-driven approach.
- Establish reporting and analytics on key metrics such as pipeline and sales productivity to drive performance.
- Deliver training to sales teams on deal desk, order processes, and organizational best practices.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales operations or deal support.
- Must be based in Australia to support the ANZ region in a hybrid capacity.
- High proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
- Strong quantitative skills and a track record of success in supporting sales teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to apply technical skills within a business-related role.
Nice to have
- Experience specifically within the security and SaaS sectors.
- Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture.
