What you will do

  • Lead ANZ sales strategy and operating plans, including segmentation, routes to market, and growth drivers.
  • Manage weekly sales forecasting and pipeline reviews to ensure predictable revenue.
  • Act as the operational focal point for the deal desk, managing internal approvals and negotiating terms and pricing.
  • Optimize territory assignment and quota planning using a data-driven approach.
  • Establish reporting and analytics on key metrics such as pipeline and sales productivity to drive performance.
  • Deliver training to sales teams on deal desk, order processes, and organizational best practices.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales operations or deal support.
  • Must be based in Australia to support the ANZ region in a hybrid capacity.
  • High proficiency in Salesforce.com and CPQ tools.
  • Strong quantitative skills and a track record of success in supporting sales teams.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Ability to apply technical skills within a business-related role.

Nice to have

  • Experience specifically within the security and SaaS sectors.
  • Knowledge of Information Security and/or Network Architecture.
