What you will do

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to define learning objectives and create structured instructional programs
• Design blended learning solutions including eLearning modules, self-paced content, virtual sessions, and on-the-job activities
• Apply adult learning principles and evidence-based methodologies for engagement and retention
• Ensure consistency, accessibility, and quality across all learning materials
• Leverage generative AI tools to build and configure custom GPT solutions enhancing learning experiences
• Manage project timelines, workflows, and cross-functional communication for timely delivery

Requirements

• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or corporate training development
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and modern instructional design methodologies
• Hands-on familiarity with generative AI tools and LLM capabilities/limitations
• Experience prototyping and configuring AI-powered learning solutions like custom GPTs
• Ability to work in fast-paced, iterative, collaborative environment
• Strong creativity, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
