What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and design learning experiences including live events, eLearning, and on-demand resources.
• Develop accessible learning content and facilitator materials to explain complex technology solutions to non-technical audiences.
• Build interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline 360 for deployment in Learning Management Systems.
• Facilitate virtual instructor-led training (VILT) to global audiences to drive technology adoption and engagement.
• Implement measurement strategies and surveys to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of learning deliverables.
• Support organizational change management by creating communication campaigns and campaign assets for key IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Ability to work during established US business hours (Eastern Time preferred).
• Practical experience using AI tools like Microsoft Copilot for content development.
• Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual training via Zoom.
• Exceptional technical writing and visual design skills using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.

Nice to have

• Prior experience creating learning courses for AI, Cybersecurity, or Microsoft Productivity Suite.
• Project management experience.
• Experience working within an agile development framework.
