What you will do

• Translate the company curriculum into interactive, multi-tier live training programs tailored to Enterprise business goals.
• Design and lead high-impact training sessions across virtual and in-person formats.
• Collaborate with the Instructional Design team to identify and address gaps in educational materials based on live session insights.
• Manage complex stakeholder relationships and customize strategies for diverse cultural needs across global accounts.
• Travel periodically (estimated 40-50%) to deliver onsite trainings in US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
• Partner with Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support to ensure a seamless transition from SOW to implementation.

Requirements

• 3+ years of high-impact SaaS experience delivering consultative training.
• Proven ability to manage a portfolio of multiple large Enterprise accounts concurrently.
• Deep domain knowledge in Sales or Revenue Intelligence.
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to NAMER, EMEA, and APJ/APAC.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders and C-Suite leadership.
• English: required.
