What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy for SEs, SAs, AIOMs, and Support teams.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate advanced technical concepts into training and coaching.
• Partner with Field Enablement to introduce role-specific onboarding content for new hires.
• Implement continuous learning programs covering advanced product features, security, and integration techniques.
• Maintain a library of technical enablement resources, including documentation, best practice guides, and case studies.
• Analyze the effectiveness of technical enablement initiatives using data to drive technical performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work hybrid 4 days a week in New York, NY.
• 5+ years of experience in a Solutions Architect, Solutions Engineer, or Technical Support role.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and proficiency in Python or Java.
• Ability to effectively demonstrate API configurations to non-technical audiences.
