TL;DR
Technical Enablement Manager (AI): Developing and executing technical training strategies for Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, and Support teams with an accent on AI fluency and LLM application. Focus on building continuous learning programs, onboarding content, and technical resource libraries to drive field effectiveness.
Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the Nashville office)
Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy for SEs, SAs, AIOMs, and Support teams.
- Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate advanced AI concepts and technical competencies into coaching.
- Partner with Field Enablement to create role-specific onboarding content.
- Implement continuous learning programs covering product features, security, integration techniques, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a library of technical resources, including documentation, best practice guides, and case studies.
- Train managed implementation partners in collaboration with technical writing and SA teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or a related role.
- Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI is required.
- Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and proficiency in Python or Java.
- Ability to configure APIs and demonstrate technical functionalities to non-technical audiences.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from the Nashville office (Hybrid 4 days/week).
