Location: Hybrid (4 days a week in the Nashville office)

Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually

What you will do

• Develop and execute a comprehensive technical training strategy for SEs, SAs, AIOMs, and Support teams.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to integrate advanced AI concepts and technical competencies into coaching.
• Partner with Field Enablement to create role-specific onboarding content.
• Implement continuous learning programs covering product features, security, integration techniques, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain a library of technical resources, including documentation, best practice guides, and case studies.
• Train managed implementation partners in collaboration with technical writing and SA teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Solutions Engineering, Technical Support, or a related role.
• Deep knowledge of or direct experience with LLMs/AI is required.
• Experience with cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and proficiency in Python or Java.
• Ability to configure APIs and demonstrate technical functionalities to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Nashville office (Hybrid 4 days/week).
