What you will do

• Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content using hirify.global.
• Convert existing customer learning materials into interactive, user-friendly courses.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify training needs and define target audiences.
• Set clear instructional goals and ensure content aligns with learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design theories, methodologies, and best practices.
• Analyze trends in learning technologies and continuously improve course quality.
• Write, edit, and paraphrase instructional content for clarity and engagement.
• Design structured lessons and contribute to curriculum planning.

Requirements

• 1+ year of relevant experience in course creation, instructional design, or e-learning
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Strong listening, organizational, and communication skills
• Creative mindset with ability to think outside the box
• Collaborative attitude to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Basic understanding of instructional design principles and learning methodologies
