Associate Director, Product Management (Healthcare Interoperability)

Location: Fully remote within the U.S., preference for Los Angeles or Las Vegas, ability to travel up to 10%

Salary: $130,000–$140,000 USD annually, plus performance bonus and ESPP

What you will do

• Lead development and execution of product strategies across healthcare interoperability portfolio
• Define and track KPIs for portfolio performance with data-driven insights
• Drive strategic programs accountable for business metrics and cross-functional execution
• Oversee release planning, portfolio management, and best practices for scope efficiency
• Partner with engineering, data, and executives to architect solutions integrating HL7/FHIR
• Mentor product managers and foster high-performance culture
• Identify initiatives for new revenue streams and market expansion

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years healthcare product management, 5+ years on interoperability features
• 4+ years in leadership or senior management
• Proven influence on cross-functional teams and executive buy-in
• Strong knowledge of healthcare standards including HL7/FHIR, NLP, AI data transformation
• Expertise in portfolio management, program leadership, operational accountability
• Analytical skills for ambiguous high-stakes challenges
• Excellent communication and executive presence
• Experience mentoring teams
