What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design from discovery and concept to delivery and iteration for a product area.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to define problems, validate opportunities, and shape product strategy.
• Modernize legacy platform experiences by simplifying complex workflows and creating scalable solutions.
• Use data, user research, and business insights to prioritize features and align with company strategy.
• Partner with engineers for high-quality implementation and advocate for design excellence.
• Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and usability.
• Mentor junior designers and participate in team rituals and design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally in B2B, SaaS, or platform products.
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex system design, workflow optimization, and user-centered decision-making.
• Experience designing within legacy or enterprise systems, balancing modernization with technical constraints.
• Skilled in collaborative product discovery, translating research and data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for diverse audiences.
• Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma, and familiarity with large-scale design systems.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, aligning stakeholders, and iterating toward measurable impact.
