Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)
Salary: $90,000 – $180,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areas from early concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define roadmaps and ensure user problems are solved.
- Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
- Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops.
- Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience designing intuitive web applications.
- Proven track record of shipping complex B2B or SaaS products.
- Strong systems thinking and instincts for usability, interaction design, and hierarchy.
- Ability to move fluidly between user experience, interaction, and visual design.
- Must be based in the USA; the company is unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
