What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design for key product areas from research and concepting to polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with Engineers, Designers, Product, and Leadership to build simple, cohesive, user-centered solutions.
• Test and validate ideas using prototypes and user feedback, iterating quickly.
• Evolve and maintain the design system for quality, accessibility, and visual consistency.
• Contribute to design critiques, discussions, and documentation to elevate design excellence.
• Align design decisions with business and user goals across the organization.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products, ideally SaaS or productivity software.
• Skilled in end-to-end product design from discovery and information architecture to high-fidelity UI and prototyping.
• Strong visual design sensibility combined with deep interaction and UX principles.
• Deep care for craft and quality, balanced with pragmatism to ship effectively.
• Experience with products powered by generative AI, comfortable in Figma and code for prototypes.
• Strong communicator articulating design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Thrive in collaborative, iterative, asynchronous remote-first environments.
