What you will do

• Drive end-to-end design for key product areas, from initial research and concepting to polished, production-ready designs.
• Collaborate with Engineers and other Designers to create simple, cohesive, and user-centered solutions.
• Use prototypes and user feedback to test and validate ideas quickly, iterating toward the best outcome.
• Evolve and maintain the design system to ensure quality, accessibility, and visual consistency across the product.
• Contribute to design critiques, team discussions, and documentation to raise the bar for design excellence.
• Partner with the broader organization to align design decisions with business and user goals.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing digital products, ideally in a SaaS or productivity software context.
• Skilled in end-to-end product design, including discovery, information architecture, high-fidelity UI, and prototyping.
• Strong visual design sensibility combined with a deep understanding of interaction and UX principles.
• Experience working on products or features powered by generative AI.
• Proficiency in Figma and comfort working in code to shape ideas and build prototypes.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate design decisions and impact to cross-functional teams.
