What you will do

• Drive high-velocity product execution in partnership with engineering and product management teams.
• Conduct user research and translate insights into simple, intuitive experiences for finance teams and business travelers.
• Own the vision and design quality for core payment and subscription management product areas.
• Rapidly prototype new interaction patterns to accelerate decision-making and product shipping.
• Champion AI-native design practices and contribute to a culture of high craftsmanship.
• Bridge complex user needs with business goals to drive long-term scalability and trust.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Barcelona 3 days per week.
• 5+ years of product design experience in high-growth tech environments.
• Proven expertise in payments, expense management, or SaaS financial products.
• Demonstrated ability to validate design decisions using both qualitative and quantitative data.
• Proficiency with modern collaboration and prototyping tools like Figma, Cursor, and Claude.
• Strong storytelling skills to effectively communicate design rationale to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Previous experience building or prototyping with AI-focused tools or research.
• Background in managing payment orchestration or invoice processing experiences.
