Business Development Representative

TL;DR

Business Development Representative: Execute prospecting, lead generation, and qualification activities for hirify.global products with an accent on communicating value proposition and managing customer inquiries. Focus on conducting product demonstrations, social selling, and ensuring smooth handover to sales team.

Location: Cork, Ireland. Work closely with internal sales team based in Berlin.

What you will do

• Execute prospecting and lead generation activities to create interest in hirify.global products for existing customers
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads and understand customer requirements
• Respond to inquiries via phone and email, assist during product evaluation
• Conduct short 5-minute online product demonstrations for technical and non-technical audiences
• Manage and maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in Salesforce for handover to sales reps
• Engage in social selling, create content, and provide market feedback

Requirements

• Language: Italian and/or Spanish required
• 1-2 years lead qualification, SDR, or sales experience
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Proficiency with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms, especially LinkedIn
• Enthusiastic self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
