What you will do

  • Prospect new clients and expand portfolio through cold calling.
  • Manage and grow existing client relationships in high-potential markets.
  • Develop short- and long-term trading strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Research market trends, policy developments, and client industry dynamics.
  • Create analyses and presentations on market developments and new projects.
  • Build network at industry events, fairs, and congresses.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; additional languages a plus.
  • 2-3+ years in sales or business development, including cold calling and lead conversion.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Energetic, proactive, curious, adaptable, and strong negotiator.

  • Knowledge of Voluntary Carbon Market.
