Salary: 1900–2400 EUR gross monthly

What you will do
- Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, amendments, and offboarding.
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports for P&C leadership.
- Coordinate onboarding with IT and leads, handling equipment and integration.
- Administer benefits packages and ensure team enrollment.
- Support payroll data and ensure compliance with Lithuanian Labor Law.
- Optimize processes and contribute to HR projects like tool implementation.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written English (essential for global communication)
- 1–2 years in People Operations, HR administration, or high-volume operations
- Proficiency with Google Workspace/MS Office and HRIS software
- Solid understanding of Lithuanian Labor Code
- Ownership mindset for multitasking and details
