What you will do

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on smart parking and mobility hardware including payment terminals and sensors.
• Manage a regional territory in Manchester to meet SLAs, prioritizing urgent repairs for city-wide uptime.
• Collaborate with central technical support for feedback on hardware and infrastructure challenges.
• Maintain digital logs of site visits, parts, and resolutions using mobile workforce management platform.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols in public urban environments.

Requirements

• Proven experience in field-based technical role (electrical, mechanical, or hardware maintenance)
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for complex issues.
• Comfortable with digital tools and mobile apps for reporting.
• Valid UK driving license and ability to navigate Manchester area.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions.
