What you will do

• Execute L3 commissioning, L4 SAT, L5 IST, and customer acceptance testing for thermal products at various Northern Europe sites.
• Conduct on-site inspections, troubleshooting, repairs for critical incidents, and collect data for product improvements.
• Prepare technical reports, root cause analysis, and field service documentation like Field Change Notices.
• Participate in planning meetings, support field service with procedures, and check sites for equipment storage.
• Promote professional service on-site, identify sales opportunities, and support new product reviews.

Requirements

• Training in thermal field or certificate of competence (preferred)
• Degree or equivalent in relevant discipline
• 5+ years in thermal industry or similar; 2+ years in thermal field service or customer-facing role
• Driving licence required
• IT skills; ability to manage 24/7 emergency service in exceptional cases
• Strong communication, organizational skills, and commitment to EHS policies and ITC regulations
