Region Product Supervisor - East Region

TL;DR

Region Product Supervisor (East Region): Provides technical and feature knowledge of hirify.global agricultural products to dealers, customers, and employees with an accent on product demonstrations, precision farming systems, and competitive comparisons. Focus on leading Territory Product Specialists, managing resource allocation, and partnering with region teams for dealer engagement and customer acquisition.

Location: Columbus, Indiana. Must be eligible to work in the U.S. Extensive domestic travel (80-100% during harvest) and occasional international travel required.

What you will do

• Lead a team of Territory Product Specialists and manage their resource allocation within the region.
• Partner with region team to engage dealer partners, achieve sales goals through customer acquisition and retention.
• Schedule and participate in dealer calls, demonstrations, customer visits, farm shows, and training sessions.
• Demonstrate hirify.global products and precision farming technologies (GPS steering, mapping, telematics) to various audiences.
• Perform field evaluations, competitive comparisons, and support product management with materials and recommendations.
• Provide technical promotion at events and assist with new product evaluations and customer startups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Ag Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years related work experience; minimum 5 years leading exempt employees with training and feedback skills.
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and precision farming systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Agricultural background highly desirable; valid driver’s license, acceptable driving history, and passport required.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
