What you will do

• Partner with regional sales teams to engage dealers, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones through targeted activities like demos and farm shows.
• Assess customer technical needs and recommend suitable hirify.global products including precision farming tech like GPS, mapping, and telematics.
• Deliver product training, demonstrations, and startup support to dealers, customers, and sales teams.
• Perform field evaluations of hirify.global and competitive equipment, create comparisons, and support product materials.
• Provide technical promotion at events and contribute to new product testing and feature recommendations.

Requirements

• Must be currently eligible to work in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in Ag Business, Ag Engineering or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 2-4 years related work experience preferred.
• Experience operating agricultural equipment and precision farming systems required.
• Agricultural background highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate technical information to diverse audiences and handle fast-paced workloads.
