Location: Hybrid in Raleigh-Durham, NC area office (Monday-Friday in office with option for one day WFH per week)

What you will do
- Lead follow-ups for transactional sales and handle data input for processing
- Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound leads to communicate IXL's value proposition
- Ensure timely lead processing and support sales campaigns
- Identify growth opportunities to help sales teams meet targets
- Deliver virtual web application product demonstrations using screen share
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 1+ year in customer service, inside sales, or education, preferably ed-tech or software
- High self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed
- Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Understanding of web applications
