Salary: $28–$33 per hour + commission eligibility + benefits.

What you will do

• Lead follow-up for transactional sales and handle data input for processing.
• Conduct cold outbound calls and qualify inbound leads to communicate value proposition to global users.
• Ensure timely lead processing and support sales campaigns.
• Identify growth opportunities to help sales teams meet targets.
• Deliver virtual web application product demonstrations using screen share.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 1 year of customer service, inside sales, or education experience, preferably in ed-tech or software.
• High self-motivation, energy, and drive to succeed.
• Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal (telephone), written, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Understanding of web applications.
