Solutions Engineer (EdTech)

Location: US-REMOTE; remote position with up to 40% travel and access to a nearby airport required

What you will do

• Partner with regional sales representatives and the Provider Sales Team to architect and sell solutions for education technology companies and providers.
• Present hirify.global products and explain how they support K-12 and higher education organizations.
• Discover customer goals and challenges, document requirements, and map needs to appropriate solutions.
• Develop and deliver tailored product demonstrations and lead technical discussions with business stakeholders.
• Identify or develop solutions for unique technical and functional requirements.
• Support proposal writers with functional and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs.

Requirements

• Experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Technical understanding of education technology, SaaS, systems integration, interoperability standards, business intelligence, HRIS, CRM, CMS, digital publishing, and SCORM.
• Knowledge of standards and technologies such as LTI, QTI, and APIs.
• Understanding of K-12 and higher education needs, teaching and assessment practices, standards alignment, and instructional design.
• Strong presentation, written, verbal, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% and access to a nearby airport.
