Location: Full-time remote position for candidates living in Miami, Florida, up to 60% local travel with occasional overnight travel.

What you will do

• Provide implementation support to M-DCPS schools and regions.
• Deliver live and virtual professional development sessions to drive IXL engagement and usage.
• Travel locally up to 60% to deliver sessions and support implementation.
• Collaborate with partners to create and implement professional development plans.
• Use data to inform strategies and decision-making.
• Partner with Customer Success and Sales to manage and grow relationships.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 7+ years of educational professional development experience
• Experience as school/district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences
• Experience teaching in K-12 setting (preferred in M-DCPS)
• Exceptional presentation skills
• Familiarity with web-based instructional technologies
• Excellent interpersonal skills, organized, strategic thinker
