Talent Acquisition Coordinator

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of London hubs. Relocation from anywhere in the world is possible.

What you will do

• Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to schedule and coordinate interviews using Ashby.
• Own candidate communications, ensuring timely, clear, and warm touchpoints.
• Maintain and update Interview Pools, ensuring interviewer availability and calibration records are accurate.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA team.
• Support data hygiene and reporting in Ashby to enable better hiring decisions.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting coordination or a role that requires similar skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented and process-driven.
• Collaborative by nature.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with an ATS (Ashby is a strong plus), or systems that require similar skills (HRIS, CRMs or ERPs).
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with Metaview or other AI-assisted interview tools.
• Experience coordinating hiring for technical roles (Engineering, Product, Design, Data).
• Previous involvement in TA ops projects: process documentation, interviewer training, or tooling rollouts.
