What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large, complex districts in Philadelphia.
• Create and implement professional development plans aligned to district goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers for consistent implementation.
• Deliver high-quality live and virtual PD sessions to drive engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to monitor progress, inform decisions, and plan next steps.
• Partner with sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 5+ years delivering professional development in K-12 settings.
• MUST have experience as school/district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading district/school instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Analytical thinker able to interpret data and develop implementation plans.
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills; comfortable presenting to educators and leaders.
• Organized self-starter able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
