What you will do

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large districts, creating tailored professional development plans aligned to their goals.
• Build relationships with district leaders, principals, and teachers to ensure consistent implementation.
• Travel locally (40-60%) to deliver PD, meet leaders, visit classrooms, and provide hands-on support.
• Partner with sales to manage and grow customer relationships, including pilots and pre-sales.
• Deliver live and virtual PD sessions to boost engagement and usage.
• Analyze data to inform decisions, monitor progress, and plan next steps.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• Live in Hampton Roads, Virginia and available for 40-60% local travel.
• Experience as K-12 educator with 5+ years delivering professional development.
• MUST have school or district administrator experience OR extensive PD delivery to these audiences.
• Experience leading instructional initiatives or curriculum adoptions.
• Analytical thinker skilled in data interpretation and strategic planning; exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Organized self-starter able to manage multiple projects.
