What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Student Engagement Advisors to hit enrolment and revenue targets.
  • Drive performance using data insights, 1:1s, and reports for senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Optimize the student journey across lead management, interactions, and campaigns.
  • Act as subject matter expert for university partners, providing strategic insights for program growth.
  • Build relationships with university stakeholders and collaborate with marketing and global teams.
  • Foster continuous improvement in processes and tools for scalability.

Requirements

  • Australia team – role within the Australia team.
  • 3+ years in student recruitment or higher education, understanding of enrolment funnels.
  • Proven people leadership and team development experience.
  • Ability to use data for performance management and improvements.

Nice to have

  • Experience leading through change and transformation.
  • Use of CRM systems or AI tools for student engagement.
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience.
