What you will do

• Participate in the live chat of English lessons to provide subject-related responses to student questions.
• Provide real-time support to teachers to ensure lessons run smoothly.
• Enforce behavioral guidelines and ensure adherence to the company's codes of conduct.
• Assist students with basic technical or access issues during live sessions.
• Conduct a minimum of 3 one-hour sessions per week.

Requirements

• Grade A*/A at A-Level in English.
• Strong subject knowledge and ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Excellent written communication skills for fast-paced, live environments.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining high attention to detail.
• Availability to work 3–5 days per week, including flexibility for evening lessons.
