What you will do

• Hire and lead a team of LX Designers and Editors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Define and enforce LX standards across all formats to ensure consistency and quality.
• Oversee the design and launch of new learning programs using innovative instructional approaches.
• Establish QA processes and evaluation frameworks based on learner feedback and performance data.
• Lead the adoption of AI and other learning technologies to improve engagement and retention.
• Manage team workflows and resource allocation to align with business priorities.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Learning Experience Design or Instructional Design within Edtech.
• Proven leadership experience managing LX designers, SMEs, or curriculum teams.
• Strong knowledge of learning science, adult learning theory, and assessment design.
• Experience designing for both asynchronous and synchronous/live learning formats.
• Proven ability to iterate learning programs using a system of data-driven metrics.
• English proficiency: B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Degree in Learning Sciences, Education, or Instructional Design.
• Russian fluency.
