What you will do

• Identify and build pipelines of high-quality affiliates, publishers, agencies, and partners across key verticals.
• Own full partner lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and scaling.
• Improve inbound and self-serve acquisition flows, application review, and activation strategies.
• Define and optimize commission models, incentives, and engagement for maximum ROI.
• Build long-term relationships with key partners and grow their performance.
• Create onboarding materials and track performance with data insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with growth, product, creative, data, finance, and legal teams; test new models and tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or performance marketing.
• Proven lead generation and partner acquisition via outbound and inbound channels.
• Strong negotiation, persuasion, and analytical skills with data-driven optimization.
• Hands-on with affiliate platforms, attribution, tracking, and mobile/web performance.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and scale relationships.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in mobile apps, gaming, fintech, e-commerce, or agency-side affiliate marketing.
• Interest in AI tools and automation.
