What you will do
- Own PLG lifecycle funnels, designing onboarding and activation journeys to drive product adoption among business users.
- Develop SLG nurture programs to qualify and surface high-intent leads for the Sales team to build enterprise pipeline.
- Create precise audience segments by combining behavioral product signals with firmographic data.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns across email and in-app channels tailored to different account stages.
- Establish handoff logic between marketing and sales based on specific triggers and intent signals.
- Lead a rigorous A/B testing roadmap and track KPIs such as activation rates and MQL-to-pipeline conversion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM, or Growth Marketing within a B2B SaaS or API-driven environment.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end lifecycle or nurture programs.
- Hands-on experience with both Product-Led Growth (PLG) and Sales-Led Growth (SLG) motions.
- Proficiency with lifecycle/email tools such as Braze, Optimove, or HubSpot.
- Experience with data analytics platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Tableau.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to drive alignment across marketing, product, and sales teams.
