Civil Laborer

Location: Onsite in Charleston, Tennessee, USA. Work schedule is Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; overtime may be required based on job demand.

What you will do

• Build, align, and dismantle concrete form systems using construction machines and hand tools.
• Demolish existing concrete structures and place or pour new concrete.
• Install rebar and wire mesh, then screed and finish concrete surfaces.
• Apply waterproofing and sealants to protect completed concrete work.
• Use measuring tools and read specifications to ensure accurate construction.
• Maintain a clean, safe worksite and follow all tool, equipment, and construction safety protocols.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a concrete laborer or in a similar construction role.
• Experience with concrete form setting or construction is required.
• Ability to perform manual labor, kneel, bend, and lift moderately heavy materials.
• Ability to measure accurately and read specifications; knowledge of standard construction equipment and materials.
• Reliable transportation and compliance with site requirements for long sleeves, pants, steel-toe boots, and a clean-shaven appearance.
• Authorization to work in the United States is required; new hires must pass a pre-employment drug screen and pulmonary function test.
