Billboard Installer (Construction)

Location: Norman, Oklahoma, United States, with extensive travel across Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Arkansas, and Louisiana

Salary: $18.50/hour during training; after training, $7.25/hour base plus piece-rate pay and contest bonuses.

What you will do

• Install and maintain billboard posters and bulletins.
• Climb fixed, portable, and extension ladders and work on structures up to 125 feet high.
• Work from elevated platforms for up to 70% of the day.
• Lift and carry materials weighing up to 100 pounds using safe techniques.
• Learn and operate welders, oxygen/acetylene torches, chainsaws, compressors, and other tools.
• Travel between job sites, work outdoors in all weather conditions, and follow safety protocols.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license, clean background, and ability to pass a drug test.
• Physical strength, stamina, full range of motion, and comfort working at extreme heights.
• Must weigh under 265 pounds due to equipment safety ratings.
• Basic math, communication, and time-management skills.
• Light construction or similar hands-on experience is preferred.
