What you will do

  • Own and continuously evolve the end-to-end Data & AI partner journey framework.
  • Conduct systematic gap analysis of current partner programs and experiences to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Serve as the external face and voice of AWS Data & AI partner programs at industry events, partner conferences, and executive forums.
  • Develop compelling business cases to secure budget allocations and organizational capacity commitments for priority partner programs.
  • Build scalable mechanisms to drive awareness of the Data & AI partner journey directly to partners and through PDM/PDS enablement.
  • Support yearly operational and quarterly planning cycles by providing strategic input on partner journey priorities and resource needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
  • 5+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
  • Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross functional teams including direct and channel marketing, solution architect teams, product management and account management teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of AWS services, market segments, customer base and industry verticals.
  • Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting.
  • 4+ years of market research analyst, product manager, or equivalent experience.
