Senior Calibration Engineer (Automotive)

What you will do

• Calibrate control unit functions for vehicle systems including powertrain, ADAS, chassis, and E/E.
• Plan, perform, and evaluate calibrations in various environments like test tracks, benches, and software-in-the-loop.
• Document calibration parameters and measurement results, and present to customers.
• Develop innovative calibration methods and tools, and technically lead team members.
• Support project planning, patent ideas, and acquisition for follow-up projects.
• Participate in tests, customer meetings, and training of calibration engineers.

Requirements

• Degree in automotive engineering, mechatronics, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or equivalent technical education.
• Strong knowledge of thermodynamics and extensive experience in control unit functions validation.
• Deep understanding of vehicle systems (powertrain, ADAS, chassis, E/E).
• Very good English and local language skills.
• Willingness to travel.
• Communication skills, team spirit, and interest in international teams.
