Salary: $70,300–$75,000 + benefits

What you will do
- Build and monitor ad campaigns on Google, Bing, Facebook, TikTok, and other platforms
- Analyze performance data to refine strategies
- Write effective ad copy for diverse audiences across IXL brands
- Design and run tests on copy, landing pages, audiences, and other factors
- Collaborate with graphic design team and participate in creative brainstorms
- Present findings to marketing and product teams, own campaign strategies as you gain experience
Requirements
- BA/BS degree with some experience in SEM, marketing, or data analysis
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent writing, editing, and attention to detail
- Fluency in Excel and Google Sheets, especially Pivot tables
- Proactive go-getter mindset, creativity, curiosity, fast learner with organizational skills
