Location: 100% remote from anywhere worldwide, 40 hours per week from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PST

Salary: $15–$35 per hour (CA, NY, WA, CO; varies by experience, location, skills)

What you will do

• Conduct keyword research and write ad copy.
• Structure campaigns, ad groups, and optimize settings using Google Ads Editor.
• Create, analyze, and optimize Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Facebook Ads campaigns.
• Monitor performance, analyze metrics, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages.
• Consult with managers and teams to align strategies with client goals and stay updated on platform changes.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months experience managing SEM/PPC campaigns
• Experience with Google Ads Editor, Bing Ads Editor, and Keyword Planner
• Knowledge of account KPIs, measurement, and reporting
• Ability to manipulate large data sets in Excel with VLOOKUP/VBA
• Availability for 40 hours/week, 9am-6pm PST
• Reliable workstation, fast internet if remote

Nice to have

• 1+ years professional Google Ads experience
• Google Ads Certification
• Bing and Facebook paid advertising experience
• High proficiency in Excel, Gmail, Google Docs, Basecamp
