What you will do

• Partner with university recruiting team to support student programs and events
• Schedule high-volume candidate interviews with exceptional attention to detail
• Coordinate travel and logistics for onsite interviews and career fairs
• Host and manage onsite candidates during interviews
• Answer candidate questions on products, positions, and company culture
• Organize campus activities including fair registration, swag management, and tracking
• Maintain records of hiring data and provide general administrative support

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 2+ years as Recruiting Coordinator, university recruiting experience a plus
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
• Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environment
• Passionate about education and technology
