What you will do
- Partner with university recruiting team to support student programs and events
- Schedule high-volume candidate interviews with exceptional attention to detail
- Coordinate travel and logistics for onsite interviews and career fairs
- Host and manage onsite candidates during interviews
- Answer candidate questions on products, positions, and company culture
- Organize campus activities including fair registration, swag management, and tracking
- Maintain records of hiring data and provide general administrative support
Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 2+ years as Recruiting Coordinator, university recruiting experience a plus
- Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS
- Self-motivated, thrives in fast-paced environment
- Passionate about education and technology
