Salary: $85,000–$95,000

What you will do

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless end-to-end candidate experience.
• Own the entire candidate scheduling process, providing timely information and professional support.
• Manage high volumes of scheduling tasks and refine operational processes for efficiency.
• Conduct in-person and virtual meet and greets, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics.
• Track candidates through the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring records are organized and communication is effective.
• Coordinate across various time zones to support the needs of a global team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience in coordination.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be able to work from hirify.global’s HQ in South San Francisco at least 4 days per week.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Superb written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
• Ability to remain composed while handling a high volume of tasks in a fluid, high-growth environment.
