What you will do
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a seamless end-to-end candidate experience.
- Own the entire candidate scheduling process, providing timely information and professional support.
- Manage high volumes of scheduling tasks and refine operational processes for efficiency.
- Conduct in-person and virtual meet and greets, serving as the primary point of contact for candidate logistics.
- Track candidates through the Greenhouse ATS, ensuring records are organized and communication is effective.
- Coordinate across various time zones to support the needs of a global team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in coordination.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be able to work from ’s HQ in South San Francisco at least 4 days per week.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Superb written and oral communication skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels.
- Ability to remain composed while handling a high volume of tasks in a fluid, high-growth environment.
