Salary: $71,000 to $80,000 + benefits

What you will do

• Manage the top of funnel candidate activity by reviewing applications and evaluating qualifications.
• Conduct initial candidate phone screens to assess skills, experience, and culture fit.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Perform full cycle recruiting for select assigned positions as needed.
• Maintain a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-2 years of relevant recruiting experience.
• Experience with screening candidate resumes and conducting qualifying phone screens.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS, Google Suite.
