What you will do

• Cultivate positive work environment through employee relations and best practices advising
• Collaborate on employee engagement and retention programs
• Support HR projects and programs aligned with business needs
• Guide managers on HR policies, performance management, and coaching
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
• Stay current on industry practices to minimize legal risks

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• 4+ years of HR experience in employee relations, talent management, and organizational development
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• High discretion and confidentiality
• Proficiency with HR systems (Workday preferred), Google Suite, and Microsoft Office
• Hands-on, collaborative attitude in a low-ego environment
