What you will do

• Collaborate with engineering disciplines and global teams on interfaces and solutions
• Reuse solutions and best practices from other projects
• Prepare PLC software per standards and project extensions
• Perform IO checks, PLC hardware configuration, interface tests, and automated processes during commissioning
• Execute tests per checklists with proper documentation
• Ensure testbed safety via complete procedures and support standards improvement

Requirements

• University degree in Automation, Electronics, or Computers
• At least 1 year of experience in PLC programming
• Knowledge of SIEMENS PLCs (S7-300/400 or S7-1200/1500) and HMIs (WinCCflexible or TIA) is a plus
• Skilled in IEC61131 programming languages; Safety PLC experience is a plus
• Knowledge of VFD commissioning and protocols (SINAMICS, ProfiNet/Profibus, Modbus-TCP)
• Understanding of electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams
• Willingness to travel 50-60% of the time
• Good English knowledge
