What you will do

  • Oversee project resource management and allocation across customer engagements.
  • Manage customer onboarding, integration, and deployment plans.
  • Serve as primary post-sales point of contact and facilitate regular meetings.
  • Collaborate with Agile Leads and cross-functional teams for effective delivery.
  • Handle financial aspects, Statements of Work, billable hours, and upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure timely resolution of critical issues and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years in technical account management or similar roles
  • Post-secondary education in technical field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in resource management, financial oversight, and managing multiple accounts
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Proven ability to identify upsell opportunities
