TL;DR
Commercial Account Executive, Nordics (SaaS): Acquire new customers and manage full sales cycle from prospecting to close with an accent on creative outbound strategies and complex deals. Location: Hybrid-based role in Dublin (office 3 days a week, remote 2 days)

What you will do
- Manage prospects from lead generation to close.
- Articulate and demonstrate value proposition to create excitement.
- Provide exceptional customer experience and cultivate lasting relationships.
- Run and implement pilot programs.
- Maintain weekly sales forecasts and achieve quarterly quotas.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant closing experience plus outbound SDR/BDR experience
- Previous SaaS and enterprise software sales experience.
- Experience selling platform solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals (e.g., President’s Club).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative, resourceful, detail-oriented, well-organized, and team player in fast-paced startup.
